PLEASE NOTE: The Town has received complaints regarding late charges when customers use Bill Pay through their banking institutions. Bank's Bill Pay can take 4–8 business days for the bank to issue payment, not including mailing time to the Town of Lumberport. To avoid late charges, customers should allow sufficient time for payments to be received and processed before the due date on the bills. For faster payment processing, customers may use the drop box outside the office or pay online at www.wvlumberport.com. Online payments are credited to the customer’s account the following day; however, a $2.75 fee applies to payments of $500 or less. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 304-584-4370. Please also note that the Town will no longer remove late charges for payments received after the due date listed on utility bills as we have Public Service Commission rules we must follow. Thank you!
